Recap for 08/15/2008

Hey !!

Today was crazy!!! All day we had Sasquatch watch! The Bigfoot press conference was today at 3p eastern and it really didnt tell us much. The press conference showed us one really blurry picture of the bigfoot in the woods and then said that the DNA tests came back. Out of three tests, one came back inconclusive, the 2nd came back Human and the 3rd came back as opossum. So really there are no clear signs that this thing is real. Rich said that if it was, there would be better pictures of the best and that big foot just cant be real. Covinos hopes are still high but understands Richs point.

Next, to wrap up Covino & Rich Training Camp week, we had Lee Gardner, a triathlon coach from trismarter.com on to talk about the best way to become a tri-athlete. He said that this is the best form of working out because it evens your whole body out. If you were to just be a swimmer your upper body would be huge. If you were to just be a cyclist then your legs would be huge, and a runner will be really lean. But because these are all put together, they put you in the best shape.

Next we played a game called "Spot sings TV themes." The winners received Spotty t-shirts that his girl wont let him have anymore (courtesy of his upcoming shit storm). He sang 80s and 90s theme songs and you had to guess them. Congrats to all the winners!!

Then the AP bikini models stopped by to talk about dating multiple girls and if that is possible. They say that there is a point where you can just date more than one person. But if you get passed the point where you are just going on dates here and there, and you really start a relationship, then it is not ok to date more then that one person.
